Math celebrates Pi Day this Friday
A message from the Faculty of Math.
Pi Day is March 14, and the Faculty of Math is celebrating the most famous irrational number in style. This 3-14, MathSoc is serving pie at 1:59 p.m. outside the Math Coffee and Donuts on MC 3rd floor (WatCard required in case any non-math people had any ideas). Then, at 3:14 p.m., there is a Pi Recitation Contest in MC Comfy.
The Faculty of Math is also celebrating Pi Day with our alumni around the world. Alumni in cities including Toronto, Vancouver, San Francisco, and Hong Kong were able to sign up for a free pie from premiere local bakeries.

Walk the Ring Road in support of Long COVID awareness on March 27
A message from the CARE Coalition.
March 15 is , where people all over the world come together to represent and advocate for the millions of people suffering from Long COVID.
Long COVID is a multisystemic condition following a severe, mild, or asymptomatic COVID-19 infection. Long COVID can occur in young and healthy people, including children. The wide range of symptoms and conditions caused by Long COVID can appear weeks or months after an infection, and fluctuate over weeks, months and years. As of June 2023, about infected in Canada reported experiencing long-term symptoms 3 or more months after a COVID-19 infection. continue to experience long-term symptoms. There is no proven treatment or cure for Long COVID.
The University of 蓝莓视频 invites students, staff, faculty and community members to learn more and raise awareness about Long COVID by picking up a Long COVID Awareness CARE kit and joining us for a silent walk on March 27.
- Visit us at our booth in the Health EXP foyer on March 20 or March 25 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to pick up a CARE kit.
- Register online to show your support and join us for the Silent Walk around Ring Road on March 27 at 12 noon.

History no longer: the 蓝莓视频 Historical Review makes its return
A message from the 蓝莓视频 Historical Review (WHR) Editorial Board.听
The 蓝莓视频 Historical Review (WHR)听is back! After a long hiatus, we are excited to relaunch our student-led academic journal, which is committed to fostering intellectual engagement within the U蓝莓视频 History community. WHR provides a platform for students to showcase their work, contribute to historical discourse, and gain experience in scholarly publishing. We are now accepting submissions for our upcoming 11th听贰诲颈迟颈辞苍.
We seek high-quality, original research papers, scholarly articles, case studies, literature reviews, and book reviews that contribute to new and unique historical scholarship. We particularly encourage submissions featuring primary research and innovative historical analysis from undergraduate students and graduate students alike!
