Fall 2025 Convocation: October 24 to 25, 2025
Degrees and diplomas will be conferred across a total of five ceremonies in October 2025. Find your ceremony by reviewing the ceremony details below.
Notes
- There are three ceremonies occurring on Friday and two ceremonies occurring on Saturday. The times listed below are the official start time of the ceremony; however, the student procession will begin 20 minutes earlier, to ensure everyone is seated by the ceremony start time.
- For 10:00 a.m. ceremonies: Procession starts at 9:40 a.m.
- For 2:30 p.m. ceremonies: Procession starts at 2:10 p.m.
- For 6:30 p.m. ceremonies: Procession starts at 6:10 p.m.
- For students earning a degree with a diploma and/or certificate, the diploma and certificate are awarded in the ceremony where the degree is conferred.
- Unsure which ceremony you should be attending or don't see your program listed? Contact the staff in the Office of the RegistrarÌý´Ç°ù Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs.
- The ceremony dates and times, as well as the programs scheduled in the list below, are subject to change. Be advised that all travel arrangements are made at your discretion. In the event that convocation must be rescheduled, any costs incurred for travel will not be covered by the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.
- Registration to attend is mandatory for grads and their guests. Registration for Fall 2025 Convocation will open in September.
