If you feel overwhelmed or anxious and need to talk to somebody, please contact theÌýUniversity’s Campus Wellness services, via eitherÌýÌý´Ç°ùÌýCounselling Services. You can also contact the University'sÌýCentre for Mental Health Research and Treatment.Ìý,Ìýa post-secondary student helpline based in Ontario, Canada, is another excellent source of help that is available to all students.Ìý

Engineering also has aÌýWellness ProgramÌýthat offers a number of student resources.

For emergencies, many of theseÌýresources are available by telephone 24 hours a day.
