Overview
In this two-part module, students will reflect on four critical areas of career development:
- their values and needs
- their skills
- how they’d like to engage with their field of work
- potential impacts they hope to have in their career
Students will be able to identify and articulate the contributions they will bring to their WIL experience, and they will be able to create a career identity statement to use in several career contexts. Additionally, these reflections will support students in planning for the WIL experience career growth.
