Celebrating 10+ years of aviation excellence at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ

Cameron Fuchs, Spencer Leckie, Siobhan O’Hanlon, and Chelsea Anne Edwards - recent graduates of the Aviation program and first officers for Sunwing Airlines.

Established in 2007, the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ's aviation program has grown to become the largest of its kind in Canada - welcoming approximately 100 high-caliber future pilots each year. Our Geography and Aviation (BES) and Science and Aviation (BSc) programs are unique in the Canadian post-secondary educational system. The university's strength in science, environment, geomatics, and technology provide many of the essential underpinnings of student success in aviation and aerospace.

Industry relationships

The Aviation programs within the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ are closely aligned with the industry. Professionals are welcomed to campus most semesters to speak to aviation students and share the challenges and opportunities they face on a daily basis.
