Faculty referral is required to register.

I understand that: 

• I must register before the day of the workshop as space is limited.
• There will be other students in the workshop. 
• I must actively participate in the workshop by contributing to group and class discussions.
• Failure to attend the workshop will result in a review of my file by the associate dean and revision of the penalty.
