Women of Impact is a celebration of women’s achievementsÌýin science and engineering. Based on in-person interviews,Ìýthis collection profiles eighteen women who have madeÌýsignificant contributions to the fields of materials, metallurgy,Ìýand mining in Canada. Their compelling stories andÌýimpressive achievements reveal how women have defiedÌýstereotypes, pushed through barriers, and passionatelyÌýengaged with their industry.
This workshop is designed to help engineering graduate students to develop networking skills essential for career development. It will contain an interactive session as well as information session.
The keynote speaker is Christine Kampen Robinson, Graduate Career Advisor, Centre for Career Action , University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.
