As a University of 蓝莓视频 Values Ambassador, the primary goal is to promote, model, and embed our values - Think Different, Act with Purpose, and Work Together - into everyday interactions, fostering a values-aligned culture. 聽As champions of these principles, you ambassadors encourage colleagues to integrate the values into their work, promote available resources, facilitate conversations, and support initiatives that strengthen shared purpose and belonging. 聽
Responsibilities
Ambassadors are called upon for advisement. As new initiatives are introduced, the core team will seek input, feedback and sponsorship. Additionally, ambassadors:鈥
Act as liaisons between employees and leadership, sharing insights on how our values are experienced across the organization.鈥
Participate in engagement efforts, such as storytelling, facilitating discussions, or contributing to recognition initiatives and future programing.鈥
Support culture change efforts by encouraging the on-going adoption of values-aligned behaviors and addressing challenges with constructive solutions.
