Facilitate an employee-led session

A staff member facilitates a conference workshop

Applications for proposals will open up in fall 2025 and will align with next year's conference theme (TBD). Submit your proposal to:

  • Share your knowledge and passion about a topical area with and for staff
  • Gain additional experience with public speaking
  • Connect with otherÌýworkshop/session facilitatorsÌý
  • Receive guidance on your topic and delivery from an OHD learning and development specialist
  • Have a positive impact on the professional development of other À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ staff

Volunteer

Volunteer applications will open in fall 2025. Join our volunteer team to:

  • Connect with and expand your network of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ staff
  • Grow your interpersonal and conflict resolution skills in an event setting
  • Learn about the behind-the-scenes to planning a large two-day conference for 1400+ attendees
  • Receive guidance and training to prepare for a variety of rolesÌýfrom the OHD team
  • Have a positive impact on the professional development experience of other À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ staff
