Area RepresentativesÌýare members from across the UniversityÌýwho’ve signed up to liaise between the UWSA leadership and staff in a given department or area. They meet monthly to get updates from the UWSA president, raise issues from their department, and learn from guest speakers. These meetings are alsoÌýopen to all UW staff members!

As of November 2, weÌýare down to one candidate for president, so Lisa Habel will be acclaimed as president-elect effective immediately.

In this 40-minute session, you'll hear from both Lisa andÌýYessenia Guerrero, who stepped into the role of president as of yesterday, and you'll have time to ask them questions about their plans for the UWSA.
