General Information
- Excel sheet with team emails and team lead, safety captain names. This information should be updated every term.
- This online system is used to view calendars and make bookings for SDC meeting rooms and vehicles. Approval is required before teams can access the system. Once they have been approved and register, teams login to the system using their team email address.Â

Travel and Vehicles
-ÌýThis form is to be completed by a team planning to travel as part of their team activities if the trip is 1) more than 24 hours or includes at least one overnight stay or 2) to the United States. You will need to download a copy of this form and edit using MS Word to preserve the formatting.
-ÌýThe requirements and procedures for the use of University owned vehicles by students and student teams
-ÌýInstructions for student team members to satisfy the medical standards requirement for Class G drivers operating a commercial vehicle in the United States
Outreach
 -ÌýInformed consent, waiver of liability and indemnity for high school and elementary school students participating in programs held on campus by SDC teams. This agreement must be read and signed by a parent or guardian of the participant if the participant is under 18 years of age. Signed forms must be collected and stored securely for at least 1 year following the event.
Finances and Procurement
Dean of Engineering Funding Form | Sedra Student Design Centre | University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµÂ -ÌýAn online form for Dean of Engineering funding. Funding is available for official student design teams. Applications are reviewed once/year in the Fall term.
