How I get involved: In my time at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, I've been a First Year Representative for the Biochemistry Student Association and a volunteer for Open Houses. I also try to take the opportunity to attend many of the events our clubs hold on campus, like board game and paint nights. Finally, as a Science Ambassador, I get to hold tours of campus and plan + help at multiple science events!

Why I love my program

The biochemistry program here at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ allows me to get an even mix of advanced chemistry and biology courses, which are really tailored to me gaining the skills I'm looking for the future. Since the courses are also quite specific, I get the chance to really get to know my classmates and people in my program on the same course sequence.

Why University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ?

The co-op program at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ really drew me here as it opens the door to so many opportunities to gain experience and explore different fields. When I finally got to visit campus for the first time though, I loved the atmosphere and it really cemented my decision to come here.
