The Science Graduate Student Association (SGSA) was founded in 2023 to provide a forum for all graduate students in the Faculty of Science and to enhance their academic and social experience. The SGSA also serves as a link for communication and collaboration between the six Science Departmental Graduate Student Associations (dGSAs).
Goals of the SGSA:

Facilitate and strengthen communication and collaboration between the Science office, the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Graduate Student Association (GSA-UW), and the six Science dGSAs

Support and promote the activities and events of the six Science dGSAs

Organize and lead activities and events for socializing, networking, and professional development for all Science graduate students
