The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ was thrilled to welcome students and researchers from across the country over the weekend for the 59th annual Canadian Undergraduate Physics Conference (CUPC).ÌýThe conference provided a platform for over 100 students to showcase their research through co-op work terms and internships to leaders in the industry.

Mapping the dark universe

Dark matter and dark energy drive the growth of our Universe, but the true nature of this strange "dark Universe" is still a mystery.ÌýThe Euclid space mission, launching in July, will provide new insights into the expansion and formation of the universe. À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ's Dr. Will PercivalÌýis a primary science coordinator for the EuclidÌýmission and gave a public talkÌýat the Kitchener Public Library last week.
