Nanotechnology is a powerful tool that can be utilized to create a sustainable, healthy, and prosperous future. Through the 2022 Global Summit we hope all attendees will appreciate the opportunities that nanotechnology can provide along with understanding its limitations so that they can be addressed. The Global Summit will bring together people from all over the world who are interested in improving global health in terms of nanotechnology, sustainability, digital health, and equity, diversity & inclusion (ED&I).

The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ andÌýthe Region of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ will host a Sustainable Aeronautics Summit at the Region’s International Airport. The event will profile world-leading sustainable aeronautical research, technology, and education. The Summit aims to bring together a unique ecosystem in the region to catalyze sustainable innovations in air transportation.

RegistrationÌýhas opened for the Ontario Ecology, Ethology, and Evolution Colloquium (OE3CÌý–Ìýoe3c.ca) being held atÌýUÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ from 02-04 May 2024. This is a great opportunity for Biology students to showcase their research and network with academics across Ontario while staying close to home.Ìý

FREE GRADUATE REGISTRATIONÌýfor UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ graduate students thatÌýpresent research they have conducted or assisted withÌý(maximum 20 undergraduates and 20 graduates).

The Fusion Conference, operating since 2004, is a conference hosted at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ that merges knowledge from science, business, and technology fields through a unique theme each year. The theme of the 2023 Fusion Conference isÌý"20 Years of Innovation: A Look Back and a Leap Forward", inviting students to explore the changes and challenges of technology and craft innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Registration is first-come and first-served depending on interest of case competition participation - registrants will be placed on a waitlist if the building capacity is exceeded.

This year's Conference will be held onÌýNovember 16th, 2024 at Federation Hall, University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.

Join us for the 13^th Annual World Wetlands Day Research Symposium at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.ÌýThe event will consist of an undergraduate and graduate poster session and reception followed by a distinguished lecture by Dr. Hilary Dugan entitled, "Should we care about freshwater salinization?"
