WatSolve is a management consulting group focused on providing experience-based learning for Science and Business students at the University of 蓝莓视频. We provide pro-bono consulting services for Science and Technology-based organizations that are facing complex business problems.

IS WATSOLVE A PART OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WATERLOO?
Yes, WatSolve operates under the umbrella of the Science and Business program and proudly represents the University of 蓝莓视频. WatSolve is overseen by our founder, Dr. Okey听Igboeli, who is the Director of the Science and Business program at the University of 蓝莓视频.
HOW DOES WATSOLVE鈥橲 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE WORK?
WatSolve is divided into six different internal teams namely Finance, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations and Strategy. All WatSolve members are part of an internal team that helps keep WatSolve鈥檚 operations as efficient as possible. In addition to being part of an internal team, members are also part of project teams in which they work with clients to develop innovative business solutions.

WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER OF WATSOLVE?
To join WatSolve, you must be enrolled in the Science and Business program at the University of 蓝莓视频. WatSolve admits Science and Business students in their first year all the way up to their last year.

You must be on a study term to participate in WatSolve. You cannot become a WatSolve member if you will be on co-op for the term you wish to apply for.
WHEN DOES WATSOLVE RECRUIT?
Our application periods typically start a week before the Fall and Winter terms. Students can follow our social media to receive the most up-to-date information regarding our recruitment timelines and the application process. Students can also visit the "Our Students鈥 page to learn more about what it鈥檚 like to be a WatSolver and what they can expect to learn as a WatSolver.
HOW BIG IS WATSOLVE鈥橲 ALUMNI NETWORK?
WatSolve is very proud to have 30 alumni and counting, who we connect with in order to provide mentorship to current members!
HOW DOES WATSOLVE PROTECT MY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY?
All Watsolve members are required to complete an Non-Disclosure Agreement and confidentiality agreement prior to working on a project. The client's identity will not be disclosed to any external parties, unless the client has explicitly provided WatSolve with consent to do so.
DOES WATSOLVE CONDUCT PRIMARY RESEARCH?
No, Watsolve does not conduct any primary research.
WHAT KIND OF ENGAGEMENT LEVEL IS EXPECTED OF ME?
Consulting is a collaborative process between the client and the consultant. At WatSolve, we empower our clients to reach their business objectives by solution crafting collaboratively and meaningfully. Typically, our consultants will engage with the clients on a bi-weekly basis to discuss their findings, pose questions, and ideate new strategies to solve the problem.
