Renison Residence is currently welcoming student applications for the following academic terms:

At Renison, eight-month contracts are available for the Fall/Winter or Fall/Spring terms. Four-month contracts are possible for the Winter and Spring terms only.

Incoming First-year Students
If you are a first-year undergraduate student at the University of ݮƵ, you qualify for the First-year Housing Guarantee Residence Application. Here's what you need to know...

- From February 1, 2025- June 10, 2025
How do I apply?
- Accept your offer of admission from the University of ݮƵ
- by 11:59 p.m. ET onJune 10,2025
- Having trouble applying? Make sure toclaim yourWatIAmIDԻset up Two Factor authentication!
- It can take 48-72 hours for your WatIAM to update and give you access to the application.
- When prompted to log in with your organizational email, use your WatIAM followed by @uwaterloo.caas your email address and enter your WatIAM password.
- Pay your non-refundable housing deposit via Visa, Master Card or American Express

- Complete an Accessible Housing application and submit supporting documentation by June 10, 2025!

- English Language Institute Students (including EFAS, iEFAS2+2 students)
- Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship Fellowship Program students with the Pearl Sullivan Engineering Ideas Clinic
- Exchange Students
Please take a couple of minutes to complete our form below and a member of our Renison Student Experience and Housing team will follow-up with you in 3-4 business days with next steps to submit the $500 deposit.
Upon completing the form, a Student Experience and Housing professional will be in contact with you in 3-4 business days with information to submit a non-refundable residence deposit of $500.
