The Quantum-Nano Fabrication and Characterization Facility is dedicated to advanced research and is open to internal (UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ-affiliated) and external (non-UÀ¶Ý®ÊÓƵ) researchers from academia, government and industry.
