Congratulations go out to Ken Davidson as the recipient of the 2014 CMS David Borwein Distinguished Career Award. The award recognizes individuals who "have made a sustained outstanding contribution to the advancement of mathematics." The full news release from the CMS can be found here:
Ken has been a member of the Pure Mathematics Department since 1978 and has been designated a University Professor since 2007. Most recently Ken was honoured with the Canadian Mathematical Society's 2013 G. de B. Robinson Award and the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ Award for Excellence in Graduate Supervision.
