Proof of Insurance
The University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ requires all contractors and consultants working on campus to provide proof of insurance.
Insurance for contractors and consultants shall be in accordance with the terms set forth in the Bid Documents forming part of the Request for Bid/Request for Proposal issued for the specific opportunity.
Where insurance requirements are not stipulated, consultant insurance requirements shall be in accordance with CCDC 31, Part 6, latest edition.
Where insurance requirements are not stipulated, contractor insurance requirements shall be in accordance with CCDC 41, latest edition.
Contractors shall provide WSIB clearance certificates per Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Board requirements.
