Isolation Resources, Tips, and TricksÌý

Warrior Recreation Home Workouts!Ìý

Ìýto guide you in a fun new home work out routine!Ìý

Isolation doesnt have to be scary and boring!

  • Call and FaceTime friends and family regularly - check in on them, they miss youÌý
  • Go for a walk, nature is not cancelled, but ensure you maintain social distancing
  • Create a routine - consistent bedtimes/mealtimes/exercise make it easier to focus on your health and work during the day
  • Finally read those books you keep telling yourself you were going to read, catch up on the shows you missed, try that new recipe!Ìý

The best thing we can recommend, although we're a bit bias, is connect with PACS on social media! We would love to virtually hang out, talk, read together, and maybe even play some games!Ìý
