

Our research projects are collaborative in essence and range from the development of revolutionary topological quantum computers, ultra-fast quantum computers based on interacting systems of quantum dots and quantum wires, to multi-junction and intermediate band-gap high-efficiency solar cells, to ultra-low-power and speed electronics to THz Quantum Cascade Lasers (THz QCLs) and detectors. Collaborations are in place with research groups from both À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ and other universities (Canadian and international) as well as with high-tech companies.
