Celebrating the mechanical and mechatronics engineering class of 2025!

On Friday, June 13th, our department welcomed new members to its alumni club! 

Students from all levels of our undergraduate, master’s and PhD programs were awarded their degrees to culminate their hard work and dedication throughout their programs.  

Classmate Salahuddin Said, who graduated with his BASc in mechanical engineering, was this year's valedictorian and sent off the graduating class in his speech.

Two newly minted undergraduate mechatronics alumni have also received prestigious awards based on their academic accomplishments:

Adam Huras was awarded the Governor General’s Silver Medal.

Aryan Kalia has received the Engineering Alumni Gold Medal.Ìý   

Huge congratulations to all of the graduating students in our department; we can’t wait to see what you achieve next!
