• Information on "program grouping"
• The report shows the annual full-time equivalent (FTE) of students in an entire fiscal year given the filters selected on the right-hand side of the report.
• Annual FTE is calculated using the following:
  • Undergraduate students:
    • with a full course load are counted as 1.0 FTE per term
    • with a part time course load are counted as 0.2 FTE per term per 0.5 unit course
  • Graduate students:
    • with a full course load are counted as 1.0 FTE per term
    • with a part-time course load are counted as 0.3 FTE per term
  • The annual FTE, which is presented in this report, is the sum of FTE over the three academic terms divided by 2 for undergraduate students, and by 3 for graduate students.
