What is happening? WatIAM (Sailpoint IdentityIQ) is being upgraded from version 8.1 to version 8.2. 

When is this happening? Wednesday, February 21, starting at 8:30 a.m. This work is expected to take most of the workday. 

What is the impact? WatIAM will be down and unavailable during the above maintenance window.
