Richard Giles recently completed a Master of Arts in the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ’s Global Governance program at the Balsillie School of International Affairs and is now beginning a PhD at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's School of Environment, Resources, and Sustainability.

Lucy Hinton is a PhD student and doctoral fellow in the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's Global Governance program at Balsillie School of International Affairs. Lucy’s dissertation is focused on an investigation of food culture change in Costa Rica. Using a mixed-methods approach, she is interested in the dynamics of food culture change in the Global South’s nutrition transition.

Sarah-Louise Ruder is a SSHRC (2017) and OGS (2018) funded Master’s student in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.

Caitlin Scott is a PhD candidate in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability (SERS) at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ. Her general interests include the role of corporations in global food governance and the resulting environment and health outcomes.

Helena Shilomboleni completed her PhD in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability (SERS) at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ in 2017.

Wesley Tourangeau completed his PhD in Social and Ecological Sustainability in the School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability (SERS) at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ in 2017.

Andrés Trujillo is a PhD candidate in the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ's Global Governance program at the Balsillie School of International Affairs. His general research interest is the political economy of agriculture and rural development.
