As a result of the ongoing efficiency review within Central Stores, and to align services to support ongoing operating budget reductions, mail service will be impacted over the spring term. This will include:
Incoming Canada Post Letter Mail and On-Campus Correspondence (non-trackable items): Letter mail and on-campus correspondence will only be delivered when there is a volume of 10 pieces or more per destination. Departments are able to pick up their incoming mail at central stores between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Outgoing Canada Post Letter Mail and On-Campus Correspondence:ÌýThere will not be daily or on-demand mail pick-up. Central Stores will only pick up outgoing mail when staff are delivering to the area. Outgoing rush items should be brought to East Campus Hall before 2:30 p.m. for processing.Ìý Ìý
Outgoing Courier Items: All outgoing courier items need an arranged pick-up.Ìý Please contact UW Shipping at extension 46621
