Welcome to the office of the Associate Provost, Campus Support and Accessibility (CSA). The CSA unit aligns the offices offering supports and services that manage all accommodations and accessibility, promote employee health and wellness, and offer advice and support for those experiencing conflict discrimination, harassment, and sexual and gender-based violence. These offices include AccessAbility Services, Employee Health and Accommodations, Campus Accessibility, the Conflict Management Office, and the Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office.Â
AccessAbility Services
AccessAbility Services (AAS) is the University’s centralized office for the management of academic accommodations for all students with disabilities. AccessAbility Services works with students, instructors, and other campus supports to design and facilitate academic accommodation plans that remove barriers and build students’ capacity for personal success.
Employee Health and Accommodations
Employee Health and Accommodations (EHA) supports the meaningful participation and inclusion of all employees in the workplace. The office includes the Occupational Health team and serves as the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµâ€™s centralized hub for managing employee accommodations and promoting employee health and well-being.
Campus Accessibility
Campus Accessibility (CA) supports campus partners in advancing a culture of disability inclusion, guided by legislative accessibility mandates. Campus Accessibility works with the values of empowering campus partners and building One University approaches to develop streamlined accessibility strategies and provides advice, intervention, resources, tools, and programs as it relates to advancing disability inclusion and accessibility on our campuses.
Conflict Management Office
The Conflict Management Office (CMO) is the central resource for all University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ faculty, staff, and students who are experiencing harassment, discrimination, or other forms of conflict. Depending on the circumstances, the CMO provides impartial and individualized services such as conflict coaching, group facilitation, mediation, capacity‑building workshops, workplace assessments, management consultations, and investigations. The CMO supports individuals in building their capacity and competency to self-manage interpersonal conflicts and concerns, and if desired, help them navigate the complaint process if they choose to seek formal resolution through University policy.
Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office
The Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office (SVPRO) supports all members of the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ campus community who have experienced or been impacted by sexual violence, including students, staff, and faculty. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, the SVPRO team works with those who have experienced sexual violence, their supporters, those who have received a disclosure or witnessed sexual violence, and those who have caused harm or are alleged to have caused harm. SVPRO also leads campus education, training, and process development that contribute towards a healthier campus culture and supports the University's mission and values.
