Employee Health and Accommodations (EHA) supports the meaningful participation and inclusion of all employees in the workplace. The office includes the Occupational Health team and serves as the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµâ€™s centralized hub for managing employee accommodations and promoting employee health and well-being.
University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ employees and their dependent family members have a range of health and wellness services under the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP).
The Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism provides supports, training, and workshops to facilitate understanding, address discrimination and harm, and influence and advance systemic changes toward making the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ an equitable and safe(r) place.
OHD offers workshops for employees on a variety of topics, from leadership and communication to planning for your retirement, and can provide customized training solutions. The OHD team will work with you to assess and address your concerns and needs.
University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ Police Officers are on duty 24 hours a day with the same enforcement powers as the regional police.
