B.C. Matthews Hall (BMH)

Entrances

Two accessible entrances are:

  • Located by the Northeast side of BMH, facing Columbia St.
  • Located by the Southeast side of BMH, facing the Math and Computer Building (MC).

Basement

The basement is not available.

1st Floor
  • Washrooms with an accessible stall are located on the East side of the first floor (rooms 1804, 1807, 1518, 1519).
  • Two single-use washrooms are available on the West side of the first floor (rooms 1438, 1439).
  • A water fountain is available by the East washrooms.
  • Two elevators are available:
    • Main: Located on the East side (access to first, second, and third floor).
    • Service: Located on the West side (access to first and second floor).
  • Accessible doors are located by the Northeast side, facing Columbia St, and by the Southeast side, facing the Math and Computer Building (MC).
  • An open study space is available.
  • The corridor to Lyle S. Hallman Institute (LHI) is located on the Northwest side.
  • The corridor to the HLTH Expansion Building (EXP) is located on the Southwest side.

2nd Floor
  • Washrooms with an accessible stall is located on the East side of the second floor.
  • Two single-use washrooms are available on the West side of the second floor.
  • A water fountain is available by the East washrooms.
  • Two elevators are available:
    • Main: Located on the East side (access to first, second, and third floor).
    • Service: Located on the West side (access to first and second floor).
  • The corridor to Lyle S. Hallman Institute (LHI) is located on the Northwest side.
  • The corridor to the HLTH Expansion Building (EXP) is located on the Southwest side.

3rd Floor
  • Washrooms with an accessible stall are located on the East side of the third floor (an accessible stall is not available).
  • A water fountain is available by the washrooms.
  • A central elevator is available (access to first, second, and third floor).
  • The corridor to Lyle S. Hallman Institute (LHI) is located on the Northwest side.
  • A prayer room is located North of the washrooms in BMH 3023.

Comments
  • BMH is connected to Lyle S. Hallman Institute (LHI) and the HLTH Expansion Building (EXP).
  • Vending machines are located at the Southeast entrance, facing the Math and Computer Building (MC).
  • There are two telephones are available:
    • First floor: Located in vestibule 1521A near BMH 1056.
    • Second floor: Near Recreation and Leisure Studies.
  • Visitor parking is available in Lot M and N.
  • Accessible parking for persons with disabilities is available in most lots. For details, contact Parking Services.
  • Starbucks and Rolltation are located in the EXP wing on the Southwest side of the building. Hours are subject to change.
