Get Canada Ready is a series of webinars that will help you prepare for life at ��ݮ��Ƶ as an international student. Join us on Thursday mornings to hear directly from current students and staff. Details of each webinar are listed below.

July 31	Immigration 101	Prepare to immigrate to Canada as an international student. Join us to learn about study permits, visas and what you need to know to stay on top of your immigration status.
August 7	Co-op and working in Canada	Curious about working in Canada as an international student? We’ll guide you through everything you need to know about co-op, part-time jobs, the Canadian job market and how to start your job search.
August 14	Student life, Orientation and how to get involved	Start your journey to ��ݮ��Ƶ with friends and fun! Learn about ��ݮ��Ƶ Orientation, meeting other new students and how to get involved on campus.

Webinars will be hosted on Microsoft Townhall.

The link will be available in your Portal registration. All registered students will be sent a link to access the livestream the day before the event.

Learn what you can do now to skill up and prepare for your first co-op work term, EDGE or your future career.

Staff and students from Co-operative Education, EDGE and the Centre for Career Development will introduce you to the resources and supports you'll use to prepare for co-op and other work opportunities. You'll also learn about drop-ins, appointments, professional development courses, Work Integrated Learning programs and other resources.

Join a live Q&A to have your questions about co-op and career readiness answered.
