  and reliable\nelectricity system. With the decarbonization efforts and gr
 owth in\neconomic development\, increased electrification is forecasted to
 \ndouble in the next 20 years.  The problem has been defined as costing\n
 $500 billion in electricity infrastructure needs\, but it can be\naccelera
 ted through innovation and technology.  Data\, AI\, modeling\,\nand distr
 ibuted energy resources are key components to solving the\nproblem. The Es
 sex Power PowerShare DSO initiative is moving the\nindustry forward to dep
 loy technologies to enable DER’s at a faster\npace. \n
