Patenting Life is a tricky situation. Graham McKinnon, co-founder of Carbon Patent Group, discusses stories of CRISPR IP and patenting life as well as 101 rejections for USPTO.

Mr. McKinnon’s specialty is drafting and prosecuting patents in the fields of chemistry, therapeutics, drug delivery, genomics, proteomics, protein chemistry and medical devices. He is currently involved in the patenting of CRISPR in Canada.
