Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences is hosting the International Conference on Water Resources and Environment Research (ICWRER -2025), to be held during 9 – 11 December 2025 at Coimbatore.

The ICWRER sequence of conferences was initiated by Water Institute member ProfessorÌýKeith Hipel, with support from À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ’s Department of Systems Design Engineering and the Faculty of Engineering. The first ICWRER conference was held at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ in 1993 to honour the late Professor T.E. Unny for his life-long accomplishments in hydrology and hydraulics. The conference has grown in popularity over the years and gained a loyal following of delegates who attended past events in Kyoto, Japan (1996, 2016), Brisbane, Australia (1999), Dresden, Germany (2002), Adelaide, Australia (2008), Quebec City, Canada (2010), Koblenz, Germany (2013) andÌýNanjing, China (2019).

Considering your commitment to the cause of water and environment and your expertise and experience in the field, we request you to contribute a paper for the proposed Conference.
