Paper wins award at top computer vision conference

A professor and a doctoral candidate at À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ Engineering won a best paper award at a top international computer vision conference last week.

John Zelek, a systems design engineering professor and co-director of the Vision and Image Processing (VIP) Lab, shared the honour with David Abou Chacra, a student in the lab, for a paper called .

The paper was presented at the 1st Workshop on Vision Datasets Understanding, which was held in conjunction with the 2022 Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition conference in New Orleans.
