Murad is a current PhD candidate at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, with BA (2018) in Applied Health and MA (2023) in History of Arctic Security from the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ. Working under the co-supervision of Profs. Steven Bednarski and Geoffrey Hayes, and in association with theÌýÌýat St. Jerome’s University, Murad's work will focus on creating a comprehensive analysis of the Canadian courts martial files from 1930-1946, focusing on the perceived intersections of masculinity and military discipline.
