The Student Medical Clinic offers primary care visits with male and female physicians and nurse practitioners to current undergraduate and graduate students to support your physical and mental well-being.Ìý

Book an Appointment   

To book an appointment, please call 519-888-4096 or visit the Health Services building.

  •  You can request a male or female physician/nurse practitioner at the time of booking.Ìý

Medical Services

Make a student medical appointment to discuss things like:

  • Ongoing illness/injury: follow up and management of chronic or ongoing illness and injury. Management of prescriptions, testing, referrals, all things required to maintain wellness.Ìý 

  • Sexual Health and Wellness: confidential STI testing, counselling, and treatment.Ìý

  • Pregnancy and Birth Control: services for pregnancy and birth control, family planning, emergency contraception, birth control counseling and options, and specialized support for 2SLGBTQIA+ patients and pregnancy.Ìý

  • Immunizations: vaccinations help prevent the spread of communicable diseases. Ensure your vaccination record is up to date by getting an assessment.

  • NEW! Naturopathy:  acupuncture, botanical medicine, homeopathic/natural remedies, clinical nutrition support and counseling, reiki, healthy lifestyle counseling and support, and additional healthy living testing options.

  • Gender Affirming Care: to support the health needs of our trans and non-binary identified student’s, providing gender identity support and coordinated transition-related care in a safe space.Ìý

  • Medical Documentation: Verification of Illness (VIF), AccessAbility and other medically indicated forms and certificates can be completed with the help of Campus Wellness physicians and nurse practitioners.

  • Warts: if you are looking to have treatment/removal of a wart, book an appointment to discuss your options.

    ***Fee for removal of some warts are not insured by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) or other health plan. Check out the full list of uninsured services.Ìý

Booking Information 

Things to know before booking your student medical appointment:

  • Same day medical appointments may be available based on availability of same day service.Ìý 

  • If you need to cancel or change your appointment, 24 hours notice must be given. For psychiatrist appointments, 48 hours notice must be given. Without notice, you may be subject to a missed appointment charge.Ìý

  • Arriving late for your appointment could result in having to reschedule your doctor's appointment, a missed appointment charge, and longer waiting times for yourself and others.Ìý 

  • To cancel or report a late appointment, please call 519-888-4096.Ìý

  • Providers will call from an unknown number for phone appointments. Please enable unknown numbers if they are currently blocked.
