This program is an opportunity for students to explore the intersections of anti-oppression and leadership while developing skills and tools to support them in their time on campus as well as into their transition to career.Â
Prior to attending the workshop, please join the CLC program's LEARN course by navigating to the LEARN Self-Registration page and selecting "Community Leadership Certificate." The LEARN course contains resources and exercises you will be asked to review before the workshop date.
Students are asked to complete the workshop in sequential order as follows:
 1. Foundations of Collaborative Leadership
 2. Leading with CuriosityÂ
 3. Collaborative Team BuildingÂ
 4. Harm Reductive Communication and Conflict Resolution
Learning Outcomes for Harm Reductive Communication and Conflict Resolution
- Learn about Intra and Interpersonal conflict and common responses to conflict. ​
- Understand the principles of Harm Reduction and Restorative Justice. ​
- Leave with tools to embody anti-oppressive conflict resolution and communication practices.Â
