Kelly Ramsay (BSc (Statistics and Actuarial Science), 2016, University of Manitoba, MSc (Statistics), 2018, University of Manitoba, Ph.D. (Statistics), 2022, University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ) will be joining the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at York University in July as an Assistant Professor.
Kelly Ramsay was a consultant at the SCCRU between 2019 - 2022. During her term of service, she provided statistics advice to over 100 researchers at the statistics help desk. She also authored a chapter about non-parametric statistics in the  that serves as a reference for future consultants and researchers with minimal statistics background.
As a consultant, Kelly also participated in a large-scale web scrapping project led by Dr. David Hammond from the School of Public Health. They are anticipating publication from this long-term interdisciplinary collaboration.
We are excited to see Kelly embark on a new journey. Congratulations Dr. Ramsay!
