Hey Shads! My name is Madeline, and I can’t wait to meet you all this summer! I first joined the Shad community in 2021 when I attended Shad Online at the University of New Brunswick, and I’m thrilled to be back for my first year as a Program Assistant (PA) at Shad À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ.
I’m currently a third-year Knowledge Integration student at the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, where I get to explore connections between design, technology, and innovation. I’m also working toward minors in music and philosophy, which have helped me think creatively and critically about the world around me.
Outside of academics, I love music, gaming, camping, and robotics. In high school, I was part of a FIRST Robotics Competition team in À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ, where I gained hands-on experience in engineering and teamwork. That experience shaped how I approach problem-solving and reinforced my love for collaborative, hands-on learning.
