 ntact Sorouja Moll. \n\nBoth ceremonies will take place at the Ceremonia
 l Fire Grounds and the\nbridge between Environment 3 and United College\, 
 and will be followed\nby a catered Creative Reflection and Soup Lunch host
 ed by the\nShatitsirótha' À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) with 
 support\nfrom the Department of Communication Arts.\n\nWorking with Shatit
 sirótha' À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Indigenous Student Centre\n(WISC)\, the Office of Indig
 enous Relations (ORI)\, the Sexual Violence\nPrevention Response Office (S
 VPRO)\, and 16 Days of Activism Against\nGender-Based Violence\, Dr. Sorou
 ja Moll initiated Bridge in 2015 to\ncreate a space for all University com
 munity members to learn about the\ncrisis as they reflect upon their respo
 nsibilities and share in\nspeaking the names of the lives taken to honour 
 and remember as the\nred fabric is tied to the bridge between Environment 
 3 and United\nCollege.\n\nThe gesture to name\, remember\, and honour the 
 5000+ missing and\nmurdered Indigenous Women\, Girls\, and Two Spirit Peop
 le across the\nmany Nations in Canada is an active engagement in learning 
 about the\ndepth of the crisis in the Canada while resisting and (en)count
 ering\nthe existing silence that continues to shroud it.\n\nOriginally ins
 talled in Montreal in 2009\, as The Writing Names\nProject\, Moll's resear
 ch-creation initiative is a counter memorial and\nis part of a meaningful 
 and sustained collaborative intercultural\npraxis between Indigenous and n
 on-Indigenous communities.\n\nAll are invited to stay for a Soup Lunch\n[
 /united-college/soup-and-bannock-days] hosted by\nthe
  Shatitsirótha' À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) and\nsupported
