Research Interests

Milica Kecman started out the Servos lab in May 2022 as an undergraduate co-op student working on analyzing covid-19 in wastewater and enjoyed it so much that she continued for another co-op semester to learn more skills like digital PCR.  After she graduated with her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry she continued working as a technician on covid-19 and other molecular-type projects.  She has since migrated to the other side of the lab and is now working as an analytical chemistry technician looking at high-risk substances in river water, wastewater and local fish species using LC-MS/MS.  Milica will be starting her MSc in the Servos lab in Sept. 2025.
