BE IT RESOLVED THAT: 

Any two of the following are authorized to enter into contracts, complete transactions and to issue requests, directions or instructions in connection with:  

  1. investments of University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ funds, subject to prior approval by the Finance & Investment Committee or Board of Governors, or any other committee of the Board of Governors that has been so delegated, if required 

  1. investments of University of À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Pension Plan funds, subject to prior approval by the Pension & Benefits Committee or Board of Governors, or any other committee of the Board of Governors that has been so delegated, if required: 

  • President and Vice-Chancellor 

  • Vice-President, Academic & Provost 

  • Vice-President, Finance & Administration 

  • Chief Financial Officer
