VIEW THE LIVE TRANSMISSION OF THE SENATE MEETING
In Person:Ìý
Visitors (i.e. those who are not members of, or resources to, a governing body) interested in attending the open session of a Senate or Board of Governors meeting in person are required to register in advance via email. Visitors to meetings will be required to sign-in upon arrival and may be asked to show government or university-issued identification to access the meeting room.Ìý
For Senate Meetings: Please send an email to senate@uwaterloo.ca by 12:00 noon on the day of the meeting to request a spot in person.ÌýÌýÌý
For Board Meetings: Please send an email to board@uwaterloo.ca, by 12:00 noon on the day prior to the meeting to request a spot in person.ÌýÌý
In-person attendance is accommodated based on available seating in the meeting room. Alternatively, visitors may view the live webcast if the registration deadline has passed.ÌýÌýÌý
