UWRA hike on the Huron Nature Park Trail
Huron Nature Area is home to some of the best Kitchener hiking trails. It’s also Kitchener’s largest natural space at 107 hectares.
There are several interconnecting hiking trails in the park. We will take our time and hike many of them. ÌýThe trails are well marked, well kept and easy to walk. While there are a couple of small hills, they are easy to manage.Ìý It will be a wonderful few hours in nature for both beginner and experienced hikers.
Count on a walk of 1 ½ to 2 hours. ÌýYour hike leader will be Howard Armitage
There is parking in the lot next to 801 Trillium Dr, Kitchener, ON N2R 1K4
