DESCRIPTION:Summary \n\nOur event will begin at 11 a.m. with a welcome from
  our event\norganizer\, Professor Wendi Adair of the I-O Psychology progra
 m. \nImmediately after\, the program founder\, Pat Rowe (Professor Emerit
 us)\nwill provide reflections on the founding and development of the\nprog
 ram.  Before and after lunch we will hear mostly from program\nalumni.  
 Other presentations will describe specific connections of\nour program wit
 h Human Resource Management education and practice\nissues.  Some of the 
 I-O program's current research will be on\ndisplay in a poster session to 
 be held along with a mid-afternoon\nbreak.\n
