What is happening? When callers contact the university they are presented with a new welcome menu to select from. Callers can continue to connect with the switchboard if they require further assistance.

When is this happening? Tuesday, May 31.

Why is this happening? This will improve the user experience and align language with the most commonly utilized technology. Highlighting the most commonly called numbers, will allow user to reach their final destination with ease. Removing language such as, “if you are calling from a touch tone phone” will minimize caller confusion.
