
Microsoft 365 (M365) data storage quotas will be reduced beginning June 23
Due to Microsoft's global policy changes, the University of À¶Ý®ÊÓÆµ is required to significantly reduce Microsoft 365 cloud storage usage across campus. This change applies to all user groups, including employees, students, alumni, retirees, and generic accounts.

Users who exceed these limits may be unable to send or receive emails, or upload/edit files in M365 apps. Notifications and cleanup guidance will appear in your M365 portal (portal.office.com) if you're approaching or over your quota.
