Ari Paunonen, a 2012 management engineering grad was recently named in Forbes' "" in the music industry. While still completing his undergraduate degree, Paunonen and Mike Darlington cofounded Monstercat, a dance music online label. The company has grown to 45 employees and $10 million in annual revenues, and has expanded into publishing, merchandize, and even eSports management. Â
