UWSpace staff members will be away from May 5th to 9th, 2025. We will not be responding to email during this time.听听

Examples of urgent issues include:听

  • Receiving an error message when attempting to access UWSpace (i.e., UWSpace is down)听
  • Privacy concern or embargo problem听

If any login or authentication issues arise during this time, please wait until UWSpace Staff members return on May 12th for support.听听

As of August 2nd, 2024, UWSpace has migrated to a new version of its software. This update includes extensive changes to the user interface and a redesigned submission workflow.听听

For graduate students inquiring about the status of your thesis or dissertation, please check with your graduate coordinator to ensure that the Thesis Approval Form has been forwarded to Graduate Studies & Postdoctoral Affairs. The Graduate Records Team will reach out to you via email if there are revisions required for your submission.

Please review the GSPA Thesis submission page and the UWSpace Thesis FAQ page prior to submitting any questions regarding the thesis submission process.
